AZ Fear VBC

We are excited to host a tryout for high school aged players to travel this summer to compete at the SoCal Cup Showcase in Los Angeles, CA.

This tryout is open to current Fear Athletes as well as any athletes whose clubs are not traveling this summer. 

*This tryout is for athletes not already committed to summer travel teams*

AZ Fear is prepared to form a 12u, 15u, 16u, and 17u teams to send to SoCal Cup!

Tryout Information - Register below! 
Date:  May 18th, 2023
Time: Registration - 5:30 PM, Tryout begins at 6:00 PM and will conclude at 8:00. 
Location: Court One Athletics - 9100 S McKemy St Tempe, AZ 85284
A parent must be present at the time of tryouts! 
 *Tryouts will be $5 at the door*

Forms
Please print and fill out these 4 forms, and bring them to tryouts:
If your son already played fall/spring season with us, you don't need to bring any forms to tryouts.

• Medical Release Form
• Safe Sport
• Concussion Form
• Player Release- If played for another club in fall or spring (MUST HAVE COMPLETED PRIOR TO TRYOUTS)
• Copy of the player’s birth Certificate - Only if you have not played in the Arizona Region prior.

Practices
Teams will practice twice a week, practice schedules will be announced at the end of tryouts.

$600 - Cost will include Uniforms, practices, and tournament fee.
