High School Summer Team Tryouts 

If you are new to club or are looking for more play/ travel opportunities this summer, come join us for this summer season at AZ Fear. We are looking to add a few more teams to take to SoCal Cup in Los Angeles, California. 

These teams will have 8-10 practices, and head to Los Angeles on June 13th!

If you have already played for another club in the fall, you will need a release form (attached below) to play for AZ Fear for this summer. 

Information/Overview
Tryout Date: May 13th, 6-8pm
Tryout Location: Brophy College Preparatory
Tryout Cost: $10 at the door
Summer Season Cost: If your son makes a team, the summer season will cost $750. 
Practices: Monday/Tuesdays/Thursdays, 5-7pm or 7-9pm (2 practices a week).
Who:  15u-17u

Whats Needed at tryouts

Please print, fill out and bring the following forms with you to tryouts
*If you played for AZ Fear in the fall, you do not need to bring anything*

• Medical Release Form
•  Safe Sport (Last Page Only)
•  Concussion Form
• Release Form (Only if you played for another club in the Fall)
•  Copy of the player’s birth Certificate (Only if you have never played for the AZ Region)

Cost

• $10 at tryouts
• Summer Team Cost- $700
• (Includes 8-10 practices, and AZ Fear Jerseys) *hotel and travel paid for separately​.

              *Families are permitted to travel and stay where they want.
