- Inspire Courts - All teams will be formed at this tryout.
- Cost of tryout: $5 at the door.

AZ Fear 12u* (Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011 or 6th grade and below)
AZ Fear 13u* (Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010, or 7th grade and below)
AZ Fear 14-2* (Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009, or 8th graders)
AZ Fear 14 East (Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009, or 8th graders)
AZ Fear 14 West (Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009, or 8th graders)

Please print and fill out these 4 forms, and BRING THEM TO TRYOUTS.
If your son already played fall season with us, you don't need to bring any forms to tryouts.
- Medical Release Form
- Safe Sport
- Concussion Form
- Player Release - If you played for another club in the fall.
- Copy of the player’s birth Certificate - Only if you have not played in the Arizona Region prior.
Practices- 2 separate practice locations, TWICE a week.

- East Teams: INSPIRE COURTS

Payment Schedule
- One time payment of $600.00 due at tryouts.
- Will accept cash, card, check, or venmo.
