If your son already played fall season with us, you don't need to bring any forms to tryouts.

- Safe Sport
- Concussion Form
- Player Release - If you played for another club in the fall.
- Copy of the player’s birth Certificate - Only if you have not played in the Arizona Region prior.
Practices- 2 separate practice locations, TWICE a week.

Payment Schedule
- One time payment of $650.00 due at tryouts.
- Will accept cash, card, check, or venmo.
