AZ Fear VBC

We are excited to host a tryout for high school aged players to travel this summer to the USA Volleyball Boys Junior National Championships hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada. This tryout is open to current Fear Athletes as well as any athletes whose clubs are not traveling this summer. 

*This tryout is for athletes not already committed to summer travel teams*

AZ Fear is prepared to form a 15s, 16s, and 17s teams to send to BJNC!

Tryout Information - Register below! 
Date:  May 18th, 2022 
Time: Registration - 4:30 PM, Tryout begins at 5:00 PM and will conclude at 6:30. 
Location: AZ Region Volleyball Facility - 7100 W Erie St Chandler, AZ 85226
A parent must be present at the time of tryouts! 
 *Tryouts will be $5 at the door

Forms
Please print and fill out these 4 forms, and bring them to tryouts:
If your son already played fall/spring season with us, you don't need to bring any forms to tryouts.

• Region Covid Waiver
• Medical Release Form
• Safe Sport
• Concussion Form
• Player Release- If played for another club in fall or spring (MUST HAVE COMPLETED PRIOR TO TRYOUTS)
• Copy of the player’s birth Certificate - Only if you have not played in the Arizona Region prior.

Practices-
2 practices a week hosted at the AZ Region Center starting May 23rd, 2022. 
Monday - Time TBD 
Wednesday or Thursday - Time TBD 

Tournament Info:
USAV Boys Junior National Championships - Las Vegas, Nevada 

​15s and 16s: 

• Travel Day: June 29th 
• Play Dates: June 30th - July 3rd

17s: 

• Travel Day: July 3rd 
• Play Dates: July 4th - July 7th   

Cost: 

• $650 - Cost will include Uniforms, practices, and tournament fee.
