Brian Pomerantz (14U Director & Head Coach 14BP, 2017)
Brian Pomerantz is the 14s Club director for AZ Fear. He is a native of Columbus, Ohio and is currently the boys’ varsity coach at Perry High School, in Chandler, AZ. Perry has made the Quarterfinals of the AIA state tournament 5 consecutive years under Pomerantz, including a State Final appearance in 2016.
Pomerantz has worked with Arizona Primitive, East Valley Juniors, Aspire, Borderline (OVR) and Vanguard (OVR) volleyball clubs coaching 18s and 16s.
Pomerantz began coaching in 1999 and has worked with the Club and Varsity programs at Miami University and University at Albany. Pomerantz was the boy’s assistant coach Dublin Scioto High School and the varsity coach for boys and girls at Upper Arlington High School.
He lives in Chandler with his wife, Nicole, and son, Ethan.
